Quilty Hugs from Lori

Happy Friday, quilters! I've got some beautiful quilts too show that all came in finished from Lori!

These are all very bold and bright. I love this colorful batik quilt.

I took a resupply of 47 quilts up to two hospitals this week, thanks to all of your generous donations.

I got a sunburn taking these photos last weekend and now my shoulders are itchy and peeling.

I hope summer is getting started wherever you are!

Bright Quilts for Spring

 

Happy Friday, Quilters! I've got some very bright, pretty quilts to show courtesy of Joanne. 

I'm sorry I didn't get better pictures of these but it was very overcast and wet at the time. They are so bright and happy. This one is made from the potato chip block we did for a block drive last year.

I love the color wash effect on this flying geese quilt. When you look at it from a distance you really get the effect. 

A modern and simple quilt with solid fabrics and it's just gorgeous. 

Lastly, Joanne sent in this pretty purple jelly roll race quilt. Kudos to Joanne and thank you! 

Bits and Bobs

Happy Friday, quilters! Sorry it's been a minute. Here are some Friday Finishes to make up for it. This first one was a top made by McGill, quilted by me.

Does anyone recognize that very punchy fabric line?

Next, another top by McGill quilted by Doris on her long-arm. Same fabric line I think? 

This striking red and white top was pieces by Erin and quilted by me.

I think I had some of this red fabric at one point? It looks awesome for such Simple design. The smaller stars are built out of the sashing and cornerstones.

Lastly, a vibrant scrappy top by Irene quilted by me. 

Hope you're all well! This is absolutely an old photo from the cooler months. Summer will be here before we know it.

(I will get the new block drive up sometime, but I'm the meanwhile if you still want to send in time scrappy mountain blocks you can.)
