Happy Friday, quilters! It's still cold here so fortunately I have plenty of warm quilts. All of these came finished from volunteer long-arm quilter Linda.
First up are these colorwash pinwheels. Such an interesting choice to use a bold print for the background instead of a neutral! It would never occur to me to do that, but it works great.
Next up, a scrappy weave quilt in one of my favorite color combos: blue and white.
Don't be surprised if you see this in a block drive soon, it's a very simple but effective design.
And lastly, this controlled-scrappy quilt with the crazy-quilt blocks in the border.
I really like how the pinwheels are just sprinkled in. Thank you, Linda! You're the best!
Covered in Love is a 501(c)(3) charity that donates quilts to patients dying in the hospital, over 1600 so far! The Jan-March block drive is live now. Check out the main post HERE if you want to get involved.
