(More) UFOs Finished for CiL
Welcome back to more tops that were sent in to be finished for Covered in Love! The top one, with the pretty HSTs was sent in by Jan O. and finished by me. I LOVE the color scheme and the cool modern design.
Next, Nancy C. sent in this masculine quilt using some small fabric scraps. It looks like it might be partially based on a Crazy Mom Quilts pattern.
And finally, this bright and wild (mostly) batik churndash top from Priscilla. All three cozy, cheerful quilts that will be perfect for families in the hospital!
I hope you had a good week and this weekend finds you as relaxed as Sundae :)
Covered in Love's usual every-two-month block drive is on hiatus for the months of May-June. You can see a post here with talking about it and some suggested ways to fill the CiL sized hole in your month!

Hooray for finishes! Many thanks to those who donated the tops, and the quilters that completed them :)
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you were able to quilt and finish my modern HSTs top for CIL. The resulting quilt has so much texture - it looks great! Thank you for finishing the quilt and passing it along to CIL. I hope it brings comfort to a family.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful quilts - I am partial to churn dash quilts~!
ReplyDeleteI know the help from Jan O., Nancy C. & Priscilla has been greatly appreciated. The quilts are beautiful & will be cherished by families in need. Looks like Sundae is soaking up lots of Vitamin D while relaxing.
ReplyDeleteAwesome team finishes, Kat!!
ReplyDeleteI really like the variation on Colorful Birches. Scrappy but controlled!
ReplyDelete3 beautiful tops! I like the way Nancy got the tree blocks to look so much like entire trees from bottom to top.
ReplyDeleteThree great quilts. Your quilting gives them a lot of texture and makes them look cuddly. The scrappy birches quilt is outstanding. It's a great excuse to hold on to tiny scraps. I don't think I could ever be as relaxed as Sundae.
ReplyDeleteWonderful quilts for your cause. Like the tree one especially.
